Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear and other intimate items once they have been delivered.
Please ensure you select the correct size and product before placing your order.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items):
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
